India and US climate deal - Why It Makes Sense for India

after the US and China announced a deal on Greenhouse gas emissions, I discussed the increased pressure on India to do the same with Keith Schneider, a long time international correspondent for the New York Times and Circle of Blue - a water/energy/climate NGO - who has just returned from India, where he has reported a number of times.
