But those folks could have farted in the direction of the Billo and the other MCs and been more in keeping with FAUX NEWS and the mouth breathers that watch the BS.

Just refer to them as Fox or if you have to Fox media. They incorporated as an entertainment venue. So, if you want real news get it from reliable sources. One of the first things I learned in college while writing history was the use of footnotes and endnotes. If the sources aren't credible your professor will know.

A couple of HUNDRED contractors lost their lives working in Iraq and all those deaths are completely lost to history and the conscience of the World. They and their families deserve better than that. Although I am conflicted about the dubious efforts of those in the employ of Blackwater especially and also Halliburton. But many were probably desperate working people and veterans trying to claw their way into some form of what's left of the American Dream, even if it risked life and limb, if you survive unscathed you can enjoy a sizable bank account and some hope for financial security for your future.

14. To Me, the Single Biggest Thing that Says that Fox News Isn't "Fair and Balanced"

is the way they have these nasty verbal battles with guests who happen to disagree with them, in which their strategy is to monopolize the conversation, even if it means shouting and raising their voices, and not letting the guest get a word in edgewise. They're the verbal equivalent of thugs and gangsters. Even the most dumb person should be able to recognize that something that is truly fair and balanced requires much more in the way of common courtesy and decency on the part of the hosts - and a willingness to let the hosts talk freely, even when their viewpoint may be different than your own.

My favorite segment of these is the one with Reza Aslan - the only darn thing that mattered to the Faux News hosts was that he was a Muslim, nothing else mattered - that he was ALSO a professor of religious studies, New Testament, etc... If that didn't smack of Christian bigotry and hatred of Muslims, I don't know what does. I suppose that the implicit message was that only a Christian can be an expert on Christianity - or maybe a Jew, but certainly not a Muslim. And of course, this betrays a total ignorance of the reverence and respect that Muslims have for Jesus, and the number of times he is mentioned in the Quran, etc...

The other segment that showed Faux's predisposition towards unbelievable prejudice and reading a book by its cover was when that African American man, who looked more like a Rastafarian, just so turned out to be a college professor and a member of the NIH - oops, Bill-O! Just goes to show that you never know who you may be talking to!

It's like they are thinking to themselves, "What are you saying and why are you saying it?"
