His medical license should be revoked (if he still has it).

His viability as a presidential candidate should be ignored by sane people.

His sanity, (if it still exists), should be questioned.

His aiding and abetting ignorant people fuck up their children is unforgivable.

in the CDC piece, specifically stating that thimerosal is unrelated to autism, and it's decision to remove it was unrelated to autism?

If you have a child that you would not vaccinate using a mercury preservative, would you do the rest of us a favor? ... relocate yourself and your unvaccinated child to an isolated island.

thimerosal is broken down into ethyl mercury in the body, which is then just passed out with waste products, not methyl mercury, which is the bioaccumulating type that people worry about. I know 'mercury' is a scary word, but it really does matter exactly how the chemicals are used or not by your body. So no, I wouldn't worry about taking a thimerosal preserved vaccine. Any mercury that enters my body in that form will quickly wind up in the toilet.

rand "Quack" paul is NOT a "former" ophthalmologist, he is a board certified (if you consider being certified only by the "board" that you start after a tiff with the "real" board over certification criteria, being certified) practicing surgeon (practicing in one of the few states that do not require board certification).

Strike up the band for our libertarian future!

Like every other conservative sociopath that Satan ever defecated, you are a pathological liar who would say or do anything in your relentless pursuit of dominion over the lives of others. The only "Liberty" that interests you is YOUR liberty to deny liberty to anyone with the temerity to disagree with you.

We HAVE to have some kind of test to establish basic competencies and mental stability for anyone who wants to seek elective office. The current crop of foaming-at-the-mouth delusional whackjobs clawing after the Republican nomination proves that beyond any shadow of a doubt.

'Sure, he parsed that very carefully, so he could deny that he'd actually suggested people not get vaccinated. But we're not really a country of nuance any more, and that 'plausible deniability' just isn't going to work.'

And thankfully, people are calling him out for his actual dog whistle to anti-vaxxers, and ignoring his attempts to word things so he can claim 'That's not what I really said'.

So Dr. Paul is justifying the endangerment of thousands of children because of Stories he's heard? Those Stories have no medical histories, names, dates, extenuating circumstances, or any data to substantiate and he believes them. This just Proves that someone has to be the Dumbest Student in every class. I guess medical school is no different. Both Paul and his old man are despicable human beings. Cowardly racists to the core, and complete politicians, incapable of truth, decency, or honor. Your typical republican noisemakers.

They pushed bills through to allow parents to opt out for any reason. Just this month the Republican dominated legislature defeated a bill that would have addressed this major problem. The Tea Party idiots are in full control of Colorado and after taking control they propose to repeal every progressive law in the state.

As the health officials have stated, we are sitting on a time bomb. Just consider the number of kids that are added each year to those who have not been vaccinated. I feel sorry for the children of such ignoramuses. I suppose that it will take a major outbreak, such as a polio epidemic, to awaken these nincompoops.

Elections have consequences and when the Republican prevail, they are usually disastrous.

44. Give Rand Paul some support in the argument
Wed Feb 4, 2015, 12:40 PM
Feb 2015

This is the perfect example how Republican leadership is showing how to lie by design, or to reflect off the Democratic leadership.

We could give Rand Paul some support in the argument that in today’s media culture anyone can be psychologically convinced they have an aliment even without taking a vaccine; just by watching commercials on television!

The real misinformation on everyday basis are Limbaugh, and Hannity. Those two Republican grand standers are the grand masters in the right wing propaganda market.

It is especially entrancing when Hannity enters his show with sounds of music with Handel's Messiah Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah… bracing his audience with the grace and eventually toxic patterns of not only misinformation but genuinely brand new doses of a whispered culture wheeling conversations in a Hannity insanity.

How could Rand Paul say such a thing as misinformation is good, unless he is drawing out the argument about Hillary and her famous comments about misinformation in the Benghazi explanation? Yes he is…

But seriously, his medical operating days are shrinking, I would never let a person saying that misinformation is good, even examine me let alone operate on me. Or represent me, as one of the reasons Hillary needs to rework that misinformation part of Benghazi while campaigning. This was a “broadside” by Ron Paul and it does wreak of not caring what he says.
.

Misinformation in about basic Constitution legislation is now center stage, who will lie or mislead the public about legislation, or procedure. I think Hillary has the advantage to be forthcoming.
