2. Well... It's not what one usually thinks of when one thinks of 'Bibi.'

The subliminal fear factor is proven to work. Americans vote GOP based on news stories about terrorism. They want someone hawkish and the GOP has always pushed that brand. Even though they are 'chickenhawks.'

No nuance needed if one hits that particular button. I'm a bit in awe that Netanyahu was able to pull this off as he's almost always portrayed as totally pissed off. This surprises me.

No mention of Americans or who the ad insinuates is a danger to the kids, but I think that's underlying this. And it certainly doesn't speak to interests in the USA, either.

If this proves successful, and he wins re-election, nothing is going to change over there. Not that I thought it ever would.

My position on the American and European 'two state solution' is that it's mere pandering to the West. Neither side there wants that, they want the whole region to themselves.

Until that is decided between them, differing groups under an Israeli or Palestinian flag, or one side of the other leaves the region, the conflict will never be over.

Just my cents.

6. "Who will keep your kids safe" is a strong message

I don't think there is anything American-specific there. It is a dangerous region. The threats to the kids would be perceived as local. Palestinians. Iran. ISIS. Crazy lone terrorists. Take your pick.

Well, it's up to you, though. Myself, dealing with a lot offline.

Enjoy that Alaskan spring or summer whenever it makes an appearance. It can't make up its mind down here.

BTW, tell me if you've ever seen anything like this IRL:

I love it! I loop it to feel good and get ready to sleep.
