Just the same as in other oligarchies, where they aren't opposed in the 'free and open marketplace of ideas' since they have stolen the Commons. We're being shut out physically from resisting these tribalists.

Remember, in his mind, "going against The Constitution" (i.e. passing laws that conflict with a Wild West interpretation of the 2nd Amendment) = "levying war, adhering to our enemies & giving them aid and comfort" (especially that last one, since disarming America is the first step toward commies marching down Main St) Thus: Death.
