Mike Malloy - Boehner Blows Kisses To Reporter

WASHINGTON — House Speaker John Boehner bizarrely blew kisses when asked Thursday how he’ll avoid a looming partial shutdown of the Homeland Security Department, but later began eyeing a bill temporarily funding the agency for one month.

Boehner declined to say how he’ll handle a bill the Senate is expected to approve that will keep the department funded, instead mimicking kisses at a reporter who asked his plans.

“When I make decisions, I’ll let you know,” Boehner said. “That’s just a kiss, that’s all.”
