Although it is difficult for me to remember the full force of what President Obama said last year, there is no doubt in my mind that his speech this year was a real class act.

I realized he didn't want to be there all night with pages & pages of comedic material.

Yes, it could have been a lot funnier. I haven't seen all of Jimmy Kimmel's jokes yet, but I did catch the latter part of it when I got home tonight. His delivery was rushed & his timing wasn't his best. It seemed like he was reading his way through.

This year was not funny. Last year may have been pretty good. But the line of getting the Secret Service out before their curfew was a good one.
