Japan is just as firmly in the grip of corporate hegemony as we are, maybe even more so. And the way it plays out in Japan's traditionally very rigid, structured and hierarchical society, with its great deference to authority, is often quite dark and ugly, as the Fukushima disaster shows. Instead of doing all they can to clean up the mess, it seems like the government, under the direction of Prime Minister Abe, is heading in a more fascist direction from the nuclear stimulus - call it "Nucleo-fascism", if you will, while others, like the real people interviewed in this video, have become very disillusioned with the governmental and corporate authorities. Japan needs to say to the world, "Sumimasen" - the conventional words of apology, which literally mean, "It is not finished" - in other words, the karmic accounts have not been settled, the atonement has not been made, the problem or injustice continues, and has not been ended. Please Japan - if you lack the power and capability to stop the radiation leakage and finish up the clean up job on your own, please invite the help of other nations, and/or the UN to assist you in your efforts, because this is something that affects all of us, all over the world.
