I agree that some sites like Right Wing Watch just focus on obscure, extreme voices and not enough on RWNJs that actually have an audience (the cumulative power of talk radio, for example).

But Voight is famous, has a large potential audience. It's important to highlight and call him out on his extremism.

Iranian government, and installation of the Shah, that gave birth to the religious control in Iran. How about something a little more current, like the invasion of Iraq based on a lie, which destabilized the whole region, and balance of power, making Iran the "perceived" problem it is because that balance of power left a void. Same bullshit we did under Reagan in Afghanistan, which not only gave birth to Al Queada, but left a void in that area when after the Russians left.

Guess what Mr. Voight, those were all republican disasters I would like to hear you comment on instead of fancy sound bites for effect.

In fact if we hadn't overthrew the Iranian government in 1953, many of the issues in the Middle East would not be there, and guess what, Iran would have most likely been one of the best examples of a Democracy in that region.

Just stick to acting, because your ignorance is astounding

what the outcome of the negotiations with Iran will be. How can all of these right wing zealots know what the deal will be if it hasn't been announced yet?

The problem is that even if Iran promised to give everyone in Israel a pony and never to build a bomb and let Israel do the inspections, these people would still hate the deal. The real problem is they don't want peace in that region and this goes back to before the time Israel was formed after WWII.

This is to halt Iran getting a nuclear weapon. Sometimes it is smarter to negotiate an agreement rather than to continue the war. The world does not need another nuclear weapon going off, there is a lasting effect for years, it is not a good thing.
