1) Those without personal experience, who wonder what "it's all about" will realize that it's not like the movie, "Reefer Madness!"

2) The grandmas, the ex-cops, next, you should do a cohort of legislators with a controlled group who are downing cocktails and see who's "off the reservation".

Speaking of reservations, wouldn't it be great that instead of casinos that native Americans could have a Native American World offering weed to those who would sit down in a circle and listen to real history instead of getting stinking drunk while playing Black Jack?
