I hope I have that kind of gumption and love for humanity at 85! Two years in federal prison is no small deed of courage and love of humanity at age 66 or 59, but 85?! That is just jaw-dropping!

Sister Megan said a really interesting thing about the other prisoners with whom she spent her two years in the pen. On Democracy Now (quoted in the above):

"They are the ones who are the wisest in this country," she said of her fellow inmates. "They know what is really happening. They are the fallout of nuclear weapons production."
