A problem solving candidate with the people's interests as central. This is what WE elect our representatives to do. The tax on Wall Street financial transactions is a good start to bring in legitimate funds for the country's welfare.

A penny tax per share plus a share of stock MUST be held for at least 30 seconds before it can be sold. This will rise lots of money AND slow down high speed trading.
