(15 posts)2. Safe travels Ronnie
I remember Ronnie well from her time in the Kootenays of British Columbia. Always smiling and quite jovial, she embraced life and was warmer than warm to everyone around her.
I was at a difficult place in life, and she would lean over, look me affectionately in the eyes and ask, quite clearly; "You do understand you are one of us, don't you?"
One would never have known she was this big international star. She was just kind, warm with a voice that did not have to sing in order to sing.
Safe travels Ronnie.
