what steps she is taking to introduce such a Bill to Congress. Seems like the first steps could be from a Senator from New York instead of someone like the Mayor of New York City. Who is really behind Clinton? Presidents can make Executive Orders. Republicans were standing around Bill Clinton when he signed away FDR's New Deal.

Hillary Clinton is partly known for someone who tried to help Bill Clinton when he was President.

Who will be standing behind Hillary Clinton on Roosevelt Island during her speech?
