TED Talks: How this FBI strategy is actually creating US-based terrorists

Youtuber, HuOwen commenting on this TED talk:

The FBI did this to a pizza shop owner and Imam whose shop was down the street from me. The FBI paid a convicted a con man to tell the Imam about a made up terrorist attack while wearing a wire and then accused him of going along with it. The con man hardly spoke any Arabic and the Imam hardly spoke any English. Try explaining that to some bed-wetting jury after 9-11 though. He made good pizza. Still locked up as far as I know.

Youtuber, MarkMcNicholas commenting on this TED talk:

I am British, not American (sorry) but I believe our legal systems are similar, if not identical. In the UK there is a legal term called "entrapment". If someone is led to commit a crime by the authorities, planned, funded, a tactic suggested by undercover detectives, the case is thrown out of court. This is because there would be NO crime without the creation of the crime by the authorities, (Police, or MI5 for example) Does the US legal system forbid entrapment too? I understood it did, but I must be wrong.

Youtuber, N89Joox commenting on this TED talk:

News flash: There have been zero real terror plots since 9/11. Every event has been created by the "government" in one way or another. They don't do counter-terrorism. They create terrorism and fake terrorism to justify their incredibly bloated budget and to make Americans believe there are terrorists out to get us so they can justify their national security state. This entire charade is to protect the guilty from the innocent. They've built a wall of secrecy to shield themselves and their illegitimate actions from the rest of us.

"terrorist attack" seem like a possible inside job to anyone else?
"Truthers" like me are still in disbelief that everyone has not caught on yet.

...who simply refuse to deal with these truths and get angry when confronted with them, and to a degree this is quite understandable, they are VERY unsettling and trigger the predictable denial response. And none of us are immune to the effects of this psyche protective defense mechanism. Sometimes reality is just too painful/traumatic.

However, while the angry, "head-in-the-sand" denial crowd's numbers are shrinking, thanks largely to the Internet, the numbers of the awakened continues to grow.

From 9-11 to the present we have been given this production of terrorists, some of it real, in an effort by the government to promote the military-industrial-prison complex.
