Rudy Giuliani: “The ayatollah must go”

Spewing Hatred, Pandering to Ignorance and Tribalism

FRANCE, Paris: Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was a Republican candidate in the 2008 US presidential elections, spoke at a major Iran Freedom rally in Villepinte on Saturday, June 13, 2015. The event was held at Parc des Expositions exhibition center.

Giuliani said: "The ayatollah must go. He and Rouhani and Ahmadinejad and all of the rest of them should be put on trial for crimes against humanity for the thousands and hundreds of thousands of people they have killed, and it is about time we stop ignoring it. Where is our decency and morality? We have allowed this for years, hundreds of thousands of Iranians slaughtered, more being slaughtered today than before. American soldiers killed by the Quds Force. For how much longer are we going to allow this? What happened to the America that supports democracy and freedom?”

“In Syria, we draw red lines, and like cowards, we sit back.”

“We unequivocally support a non-nuclear Iran. What does a non-nuclear Iran mean? It does not mean two months or one year away from being able to have a nuclear missile. It doesn’t mean an Iran that will become a nuclear power in 10 years. What it means is Iran should have no, none, zero nuclear capacity because the regime in Iran can’t be trusted with it.”

It seems everywhere in the world there's anything going on that may have the potential to fuel hate, there's a warmonger from the west. Why the hell do they have to stick their noses into everything?

This man is disgusting. His one moment of fame, being mayor of NYC when the Twin Towers were destroyed by those cowardly thugs; and baby, THAT'S IT! We don't need to waste any more of our time listening to this clown spew his lunacy and hatred. Let him confine his remarks to fox-nonsense, where the only people that will hear him are the brain dead haters and simple minds that can't reason for themselves any longer. He can't be washed up, because he was NEVER ANYBODY, other than the mayor of NYC when the Twin Towers came flaming down.

Pathetic old fart. Just go away. Take cheney, mcGrumpy, and the fox-crew with you, you worthless loser. Nobody CARES what you have to say, you voice-box for the neocon terrorists in this country. A pile of human waste.

"We now need a president who can become a liberator!" he says...

How has that worked for us the past 14-15 years in Iraq Rudy? Complete idiocy…

I guess it's easy to see why he's so quick to fear-monger to others, it was his career at home back then.

No souls.

Prime Minister and government in the early 1950's and installed "The Shah of Iran" who murdered millions with his Secret Police. Eventually, the backlash against the Shah put the Ayatollahs in power and started our hostage crisis. We are to blame for this due to our meddling in their affairs for oil.
Now Rooty Tootie wants to express outrage at the results and threaten them, again!

History doesn't matter to them though, as long as there's still oil under all those people they're so 'concerned' for, they'll keep spewing the bullcrap whenever the opportunity to be heard and ramp up the hate arises.

Dear God! The decline of the Republican party as I knew it growing up among the first "Baby Boomers," began, not with Nixon, but their reaction to the Nixon debacle: seriously far less intelligent candidates, even more biddable to the moneyed powers that be. Reagan was the epitome, performing a far better acting job than he ever did on screen, then relegated to icon for no discernible reason than fading charm. PLEASE! The Democrats have much to answer for as well. However, the Republicans show little sign of hope while still invoking St. Ronnie. Their continuing deification of Reagan will probably look very strange in history books of the future. Oh, of course, "Mr Gorbachev: Tear down this wall !" Put an end to the Cold War, lest we forget.
