Marco Rubio: Confessions of a Shopaholic

Marco Rubio’s spending habits are making headlines constantly. Now we’ve learned that not only was he wasting the RNC’s money, but he’s also gotten his family into some very massive debt in recent years.

Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio and Farron Cousins discuss this.

me that a manic phase could explain Rubio's irresponsibility with money.

And the way he acts when giving a speech?

Looks like he is excited in a way that is kind of out of control.

Is he living in the delusion that he is rich?

I thought he was rich. He isn't?

If he isn't then he has a serious emotional or maybe psychiatric problem.

A person in a manic state can be very persuasive. Very likeable until you cross them.

With the Koch's billions behind them, manic spendthrifts like Rubio feel like they can take on the world. And with the Koch attack ad TV brainwashing machine behind them, they just might succeed in getting to the Oval Office, and doing some real financial damage to our nation! But the Koch brothers don't care, they just laugh all the way to the bank! They love nothing more than a spendthrift who is beholden to them. I think the Republicans are going to have a real watershed come-uppance moment when they realize that there is a world of difference between high stakes, big money campaigning and realistic, responsible governing - and having the financial support of pet billionaires behind you for the former doesn't guarantee the latter. In fact, it might even guarantee the opposite.
