Republicans Are Freaking Out After Last Week’s SCOTUS Rulings

It is now legal in all 50 states to marry your partner, regardless of their gender. This remarkable fact comes on the heels of a landmark 5-4 Supreme Court decision last Friday. President Obama called the decision a victory for America, stating that “when all Americans are treated as equal, we are all more free.”

After last week’s decision in upholding Obamacare subsidies, the president was able to celebrate two Supreme Court victories. All of that means, of course, that Republicans are freaking out. And after two giant defeats, what are they going to do next?

Mike Papantonio discusses this with Kai Wright, features editor for the Nation Magazine.
