Were only a couple months into election season, and the billionaire GOP donors have already topped themselves. Thanks to new donor contribution limits that Congress was able to sneak into law last December, this election is looking to be the most lucrative ever for many GOP candidates.

(111,261 posts)to overflowing. Super PACs are one of the best money laundering scams to come up in a very long time and all those mental midgets will be rich men at the end of the primary. The loser is the one who gets the nomination, he'll have to keep working at least through the election.

(2,065 posts)I never thought about it that way, Pap, but buying a candidate just might be a more cost effective way of getting your corporate message out there and promoting your corporate agenda than buying air time for political ads on national TV...
