(12,151 posts)1. YES. Expand SS and Medicare.
I had no idea Medicare didn't cover eyes, ears, or teeth. That's ridiculous. I'm not supporting anyone not willing to talk expansion of the social safety net. Promising to maybe hold the status quo is just not enough.
Couldn't be prouder Grayson is my rep. So few real progressives actually get in and do the work like he has.
He's got my vote for Senate without hesitation.

(6,852 posts)3. Ah yes yes
A bold progressive who is a raging hypocrite.
Calls for audits of companies using off shore tax shelters but uses them himself for his own investment funds.

(12,151 posts)4. Well, no. Not true at all. Who's saying that?
His primary opponent has made a rather half-baked argument that an empty investment account can't have his name on it.
No one's even suggested it's a tax shelter or that Grayson has avoided any taxes at all.
Where are you getting this nonsense?

(12,151 posts)6. Apparently just a drive-by slander?
Kinda funny, but wow. You wonder why people try to slide outrageous nonsense by everyone, like they won't notice.
