Protecting Wall Street thugs has finally paid off for former Attorney General Eric Holder as hes returning to his old job at the Covington & Burling law firm, reported Salon. Covington & Burling is a corporate law firm that defends Wall Street criminals.
As Attorney General, Holder made approximately $200,000 a year. When Holder left Covington & Burling, he was making over $2 million a year. He will likely go back to that salary, if he isnt paid more.
Ring of Fires Mike Papantonio and Farron Cousins discuss this.

OP
So the Holder-bashing from the left just boils down to old fashioned lawyer hating....and envy?

The press secretary dismissed the professional left in terms very similar to those used by their opponents on the ideological right, saying, They will be satisfied when we have Canadian healthcare and weve eliminated the Pentagon. Thats not reality.
White House unloads anger over criticism from 'professional left
I'll concede that the capitalization was my own doing. So sue me. (Maybe you can hire Holder, although I doubt it would be lucrative enough for him to take the case.)
You don't catch even a vague whiff of conflict of interest in Holder's job change? Good for you.

firm waiting for him when he's out of office.
