Here's how their logical fallacy builds.

1: Reagan was wildly popular with the American People.

2: Reagan was anti-union.

3: Being against unions is wildly popular with the American People

4: Walker is anti-union.

5: Walker is wildly popular with the American People.

Walker is a prime example of their "stinkin' thinkin'".

This is the kind of thing one can expect of people who drink a LOT of gin regularly.
