Trump Leads GOP -- Apocalypse Beginning?

Donald Trump has made his mark as one of the primary frontrunners for the Republican ticket in 2016. He has done this while maintaining his position as one of the most vile, disliked individuals in politics today. What does this say about the GOP?

Mike Papantonio appears on The Big Picture with Thom Hartmann to discuss this.

and some other douchebag will rise to the top.

Trump has an enormous right wing populist appeal, and mirrors what the Republicans who are paying attention to the election think.

with what this says about the gop thugs, what is this saying about the mean spirited nature of people who call themselves republicans and americans all in the same breath? The majority helping his numbers stay high is what's truly, truly disgusting.

After all the bullshit, when repubs think all is lost..

It going to be Mitt to the rescue.

"Look, I'm sane, I'm not a crazy (put your own narrative in here), I'm running to save this country and protect the party."

Just watch.

Added... I hope I'm so, so, so, wrong.

http://www.vocativ.com/news/210274/tickets-for-trumps-immigration-speech-are-now-going-for-50-on-craigslist/

"Trump’s speech with America’s self-proclaimed “toughest sheriff” initially was going to be held at the Arizona Biltmore resort in Phoenix. At the time, Trump’s campaign only expected about 1,000 people to attend the free event. Tickets, however, were gone within hours and organizers were forced to move the speech to a larger venue at the Phoenix Convention Center, where it again sold out almost immediately. As of Friday morning, organizers expected 5,000 people to attend the event, with hundreds more on a waiting list hoping to get in."
