I'd never heard of him before today. I saw from the video that he's the president of the North Carolina NAACP.
I probably should have heard of him before today, but I don't think that's totally my fault and certainly not his. A lot of times the truth doesn't play well on the national stage, and voices like Barber's get steam rolled by idiots like Trump who are doing nothing but spreading bullshit.
