Doctors Fight Back Against Big Pharma Greed

Recently, a group of the top cancer doctors in the world called out pharmaceutical companies for their high priced drugs. In an article, the doctors blasted Big Pharma for the prices, which are wrecking lives across the country.

Is a doctor revolution coming? Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio and Farron Cousins discuss this.

The whole pharmaceutical industry is pathological...it's all about money. They don't want to make vaccines because they don't pay well enough and our taxes go to fund their research and development...still they end up raping us with drug prices in this country. Now with the TPP they are trying to spread that to other countries too.

They will do anything to make sure generic drugs are not available, by tweaking things to make people have to buy name brand drugs again. They even go so far as paying off generic drug companies to stop them from making the more affordable generics.

I have a family member who is in marketing of medical equipment, and while I know that is a necessary job, I can't help but hate what she does. I won't talk to her about it...it's not my place, but I'm ashamed of it. I really don't like sales people of any kind.

A good sales person helps you find what you need. (S)he doesn't over sell - selling you more than you need. (S)he doesn't sell you the item that will generate the most commission. (S)he will actually steer you to a different company if they can give you something that meets your needs better than what they have available.

I've known a few good salespeople in my lifetime, but not very many.

I just despise the many who aren't.

I think my niece would be a good saleswoman, but I still wish she was in a different business.
