we will have long since been extinct due to the ignorance of so many, against the cries of reason from so few. There will be nothing left of us for thousands of years, and the planet and whats left of life will only have begun the healing process.

when I realized how overfished the New England coast was... way back in the 1980s.

It's sad that so many species are being destroyed to satisfy human greed. I have come to the conclusion that my species is truly messed up and doomed to destroy itself, sadly, we seem to be intent upon taking everyone/everything out with us.
