3. Purge your body of dihydrogen monoxide!

A proven deadly chemical! (Just ask SS Titanic survivors how many died because of it, even -- possibly especially -- in its solid form.)

It is a chemical because it has that evil chemical name. Therefore, bad!

4. Of course the "Lame-stream media" is going to tell you that.

They're bought and paid for by Monsanto, Unilever, and all the other big corporations that want to keep pumping you full of their toxins and processed garbage. I've been checking out Food-Babe and Dr. Oz, and they say to go on a strictly all Smurf diet. I've tried it and not only are Smurfs delicious, but I've never felt so energized, and I've already lost 15 pounds in a month. Of course that might be because of all the work it takes to catch the little blue bastards.

"There's a sucker born every minute." -PT Barnum

Ah, I see you're being silly.
But there are people here who believe in the Food Babe and Dr Oz.

No matter how much of an asshole they are.

That just seems like you're talking when I'm trying to speak. However, I don't know if that's as bad as saying the video was stupid and misleading and then admitting to have only watched a small portion. You didn't do that, but someone else did.

De-toxing is bogus. The body does a great job of ridding itself of crap on its own.

That said, fresh green juices are insanely healthy. In years past, I've done nothing but fresh juice for a month, 2 different times. One time I lost 44 lbs (20 lbs the first week...lots of extra water your body is holding...then it's 1 lb per day). My blood #'s were incredible. I felt great. Little harmless health problems I'd always had cleared away. Point is, I doubt anyone is going to live on fresh green juices full-time. But if you have the means (it's costly) and opportunity (have the time to do it and have a juicer) to get green juices in your body (daily, 3 times per week, whatever) -- I'd go for it. Give it a try and see if you feel any healthier.

There is extensive medical and scientific literature indicating what you eat is absolutely essential to good health.

Whole plant foods, grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits.

9. I don't think the video says anything contrary to your post.

In fact, the host expressly advocates a healthy diet and exercise. The target of the video is the claim made by pill and juice peddlers that their often expensive regimens can "detox" your body.
