Dog rescued with wire cutting through his leg

Animal Aid Unlimited rescued a dog who had a piece of wire wrapped so tightly around his leg that it was just hours before losing his whole paw due to irreparable damage from lack of circulation.

I kept hoping he would wag his tail. I was struck by the gentleness and care in taking that wire off his paw, too.

to stay so calm and well behaved while they removed the wire. It had to be very painful but he didn't struggle at bit. That's a very lucky dog to get rescued, and I hope he soon finds a home.
