(15,445 posts)exceptional human being. We are so lucky to have him at this critical time.
He just inspires such trust and confidence--if you've got half a brain to sense it and aren't blinded by race hatred.

WRITTEN BY POPCORNNROSES
I never met Will Norton. In fact, Id never even heard of him, and probably wouldnt have if it werent for a special on the Joplin tornado that aired on the Weather Channel last December.
18 year old Will was a budding filmmaker, with his own local YouTube following as Willdabeast, and planning to study film production at Chapman College in the fall of 2011.
He never got the chance to make his dreams come true.
While driving home from his high school graduation, Will and his father were caught up in the tornado that devastated Joplin, and Will was sucked out of the vehicle. His body was found three days later.

Yesterday, at Joplins 2012 high school graduation, President Obama was seen wearing a Willdabeast bracelet in honor of Will. His family and friends miss him terribly. And even though I never knew him except for his YouTube videos and that was after the fact I miss him too. He would have been a wonderful filmmaker.
