for ISIS and other extremists who would be much worse.

I am not well versed on the conflict there but this would seem to be a very succinct and accurate assessment of the situation.

I hope to hear more from her on this.

Assad is an evil Dictator. He has killed hundreds of thousands of Syrians in a sectarian war. Assad has to go just as ISIL has to be eliminated.
