What Hillary is proposing is to take from some Social Security recipients, and give that to other Social Security recipients. Downhill from there, unless, of course, the hedge fund managers have been promised something.

(50,983 posts)Complex and the others have got to stop treating the American working class people as if we are the enemy. And make no mistake, that is precisely how they are treating us.
They shipped our jobs overseas in the interest of short term profits while enjoying massive corporate tax subsidies and tax cuts for wealthy individuals. Now they want seniors, the disabled and the poor to pay for their unnecessary wars of profit. This is WRONG!
Elizabeth Warren is correct to point out this is a moral issue. What kind of a nation do we want? A banana republic without the bananas? We are moving in that direction in what is a CLEAR RACE TO THE BOTTOM. I have had enough of Republicans masquerading as Democrats facilitating this cruel mission.
