The 40-second spot features Sanders's face superimposed onto a body dancing like the rapper in his recently released silhouette-wiggling video.
Sanders himself danced during an appearance on DeGeneres's show last month.
"Ellen got her hands on the presidential candidate's new campaign ad," the show said in its online posting of the video, which ends by flashing Sanders's campaign logo and says it was "Paid for by Bernie 2016."
An Ellen spokesperson said the video was a parody created by the show and was "not officially endorsed" by Sanders's campaign,
