nation with a more leftist government, both committed to effective climate change controls.

Reasons are not always about what is happening in America, which is still not boss of everyone.

seems to me he said that this pipeline will most likely be built only in a different configuration. There was a story a couple of months ago about Kinder-Morgan taking over this mess and doing a dual use Pipeline. Where by Condensate(propane/butane)would go north to the Oil Fields of Alberta/B.C.,and could be reversed to pump Canadian Blend Crude(Sludge/Regular Crude and Bakken)South. Notice Shell sold their interest in the Tar Pits to a private hedge fund(Koch ?)last week. Something is up.
