Our Operation Iraq Liberation (OIL) was basically a factory to create new generations of terrorists dedicated to hating the USA. When you have Christian ideologs like Erik Prince running a large mercenary army not accountable to military law very much, it tends to produce blow back. To my mind, the existance of ISIS should be laid at the feet of heck-of-a-job Paul Bremer, who's decision to fire most government and military people from Iraq's government is the root cause of ISIS. "Not only did they kill a lot of my family and friends, these Americans, but they cost me my job, too!"

It's too bad so many people on the planet, particularly concentrated in the US, are determined to re-fight the Crusades to eliminate the very threatening 1.6 BILLION muzzies we share the planet with.

Has humanity not advanced at all in the last 3000 years? Why do we confront geopolitical problems with the same reasoning humanity used 1,600 years ago? Enlightenment? Get out of the DARK AGES!

"Stupidity has a certain charm. Ignorance does not." - Frank Zappa Weird how ignorance and propaganda have usurped critical thought, which doesn't seem to seep into DC very much these days, does it?

This whole Syrian refugee them or us talk is upsetting. And it also proves almost all Americans, myself included, are almost completely oblivious to America's standard procedures and systems to provide sanctuary to refugees. Which seems to work improbably good for the last 14 years?
