ISIS radio question?

http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/05/us/san-bernardino-shooting/

Apparently ISIS has a radio station. (You can google it, if you are curious.) My question is: Can't it be jammed by the US or a European ally? That seems like a fairly easy way to thwart some of their propaganda.

Please excuse if this is posted in the wrong forum. I will be happy to delete or move it. TY

Apparently the west is monitoring it as it showed up in MSM today. Plus, their territory is very spread out, so I wonder if it has a wider reach now. I was just wondering about it because I thought it was odd. Surely, the US military or the allies would have tried by now if it were possible.
