By all of the outrageous shit we've witnessed

I saw this show in Oakland, December of 1987. I was 17 years old.

I thought I was pretty sophisticated then, looking back I know that I was still painfully innocent of the evil that humans do.

I didn't understand the words of this song back then.

Now I do, but the strange thing is, I still have hope.
