he used to have listeners call in to kiss his ass and tell him how great he was. And they said almost the exact same things about him- right down to similar phrasing; "He tells it like it is", "He's just telling the truth", etc. I'm convinced that the same class of idiots who 20 years ago would have voted Stern for president are now backing Trump.

I listen to him a lot on Sirius, he's funny as hell, but he's not running for president.

But would you want him for president? I think he'd be terrible in almost exactly the same way Trump would be terrible, and for almost all the same reasons.
