That was Harry Truman's concern and what he refused to do.

Prestige and dignity are not words I've associated with Bill Clinton since his fling with an intern, not to mention lying under oath - and that disassociation has been mightily enforced due to the powers of the web, allowing all to learn more sordid details than we ever wanted to know about his slick behaviors over the decades, and the former First Lady's enabling thereof.
