This is very good- this all APPLIES even more now - and its likely to get much worse now that finishing the 20 year long negotiations seem to be a top priority for the current regimes-

Is nothing more recent available?
Does Baobab recommend that if I have an hour to spend on this issue, I should go back to last century for source material?

I also have been trying to locate one of the papers she mentioned, which I find is cited in a great many places, but I don't have.

By all means watch it if you want to be able to make an informed decision on extremely important things that could and are profoundly changing this planet in bad ways, which you likely would remain profoundly misinformed about if you don't watch it.
