(45,984 posts)They, along with that neoliberal Democrat, are also unacceptable. But she is still better than they are. Apparently, better than a couple of right wing morons is all the Democratic Party establishment can aspire these days.
Kasich is also unacceptable, and didn't need to make that snarky remark to the little olf lady on Social Security to let us know it. He, too, is a right wing moron, but his poll numbers aren't much better than Jill Stein's.

The only difference is the Rs stirred up their own shit-storm by creating the Tea Party and are now having to deal with it in an onerous way in order to maintain party control -- they lost the ability the DNC still has to rig the primary voting process which involves the MSM, establishment surrogates, and a tool-box full of nefarious practices.

(41,146 posts)those based on the article in the NY Daily News that was designed to distort Sanders' answers about the banking industry, just after his impressive win in Wisconsin. Explanations of the issues by economists Wm. Black and Michael Hudson who I respect are valid.
Krugman is influenced by political factors, like Barney Frank and both are wrong about the serious risks posed by the TBTF banks and the need to break them up as Sanders and many other economists, including some on Wall Street realize. It's plain as day. Thanks for sharing this informative, well done session.

(23,730 posts)of the vital role government plays in their lives like Sanders has? I think he's ragingly jealous after trying to tell the Trumpists that they should embrace liberalism even if it ships their jobs overseas
