It seems that Anon reposted the vid through their youtube channel and added around 5 minutes of extra material to it.

doesn't mean that it truly represents Anonymous. I notice that that channel sells Anonymous t-shirts which makes me think that it's just someone who found a way to capitalize on the popularity of Anonymous, which has no official legal organization that can sue.

I also notice that that YouTube channel has the text "We Are a Legion". Anonymous typically says "We Are Legion" without the word "a".
