If the only way I could win was by cheating, I couldn't do it. I imagine there will be more and more of this coming out from all over the country. Sadly. Hillary's supporters and the media will turn a blind eye to it and business will go on as usual. Thank you for this. I don't know how to link, or anything else, so I very much appreciate when others do.

Beside the fact that the public speakers didn't have a mic and I couldn't hear all their presentations, and some of them had to speak at break-neck speed to get their points out because they only had 5 minutes to make them in, I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this Cook County Board of Election meeting. So thanks Baobab! Can one imagine what that next Brooklyn Board of Election meeting is going to be like? If you have expertise in looking these things up, Baobab, see if you can find out when Brooklyn's BOE meets next and if it is viewable online.
I would dearly love to see the roof explode at that one. The people need to hear tell of what is happening at the polls. Even though I go vote every time the polls are open, I still wonder at times if what we go through every two years or so is the biggest farce known to mankind.

lot. You could see all the people there's facial expressions reall clearly, you probably could also literally read ballots with a camera that good. Given such great video is available whenever they count votes they shoud use it. I am looking for a camera like that for when I need to go to public meetings, it makes all the difference when you are reviewing events later to have super high quality.

It was just by luck that I found that I was skimming it. I just use scan to go forward and back and it was random luck.

I only watched up to that there may be more on there. Thats enough for me to know that the election there was crooked. Thank God they tried to catch it.

voting processes in each state has to be reported on, to Congress, twice a year.

This is the 2009 State HAVA Plan. Residents should request the 2016 Plan, or most recent plan for discussion, when the federal audit people arrive and ask for public comments. One question might be about what happened to the HAVA Grant money available to staff the voting area to assist in telling the voter to place the ballot first page up, before placing the ballot in a machine. This matter wreaks with intimidation.

no check code, of course, but most of cook county uses paper ballots w computer tabulation. touch screens are available, and are used for early voting. but on election day, few use the touch screens.

scanning and tabulating can be accomplished with the simplest of computer code that a seven year old could understand or even with no computer code at all.

Something like a $5 raspberry Pi model A and Python and a COTS sheet scanner would be simple and cheap. No internet or wifi capability without using an external adapter and in this case that is desirable.

this is the chicago board of elections. there is also a cook county board, which runs the elections in suburban cook county. that is run by david orr, who is a champion of fairness and clean elections.
