It's far too easy to paper over the oppression by putting a face on currency or creating a museum as if the years of injustice will magically go away....so true for Native Americans, Japanese Americans and Hispanic Americans as well. And while we put their pictures on the currency and create museum, we censor their history in school curricula.

Michael Moore's recent documentary, Where to Invade Next, is to be credited for pointing out that it is German policy to incorporate study of the holocaust into German public education.
