was the consolidation of 90% of the media into the hands of only a handful of corporations.

People blame themselves and don't realize what's being done to them because no one out there is telling them unless it's online, and the one thing that's dinned into everyone's head is not to believe much of anything online---unless it's from corporate mass media.
