We live in the township. Rural but not back woods. Some people have issues. The sheriff said we would need picture proof to do anything. We laced one Kerry sign with firecrackers but I was too paranoid thinking that someone might claim ptsd if they lit it up. Such is life in central Ohio. : )

..during the Iraq war we had a memorial to the soldiers. We started with 1200 orange marker flags one for each 'official' death. 1240 the first winter on a twelve inch grid and kept it going to the count of 5400 on a six inch grid. As you can imagine some people got pretty disturbed but we had a political science professor that would bring her students over every semester and people who would leave notes in the front door to thank us. Long story short we ruffled some feathers. We try to keep it real! : )
