When I see people who claim to have been Sanders supporters, but now want to help to elect Trump, I have to assume that they mean it - they support Trump. And, I don't think it unfair to assume that in fact, they have always supported Trump. It is very difficult for me to imagine someone genuinely moving from Sanders to Trump without a lot of medication.
