(45,251 posts)BTW, I gladly donated to Canova and will again. I think the primary is in August?
I'll be voting for Grayson before I change to indie and give up on the party. I'm not in Canova's district so I can't so much more than send him a couple bucks, which I have.

(31,429 posts)The Clinton and Sanders campaigns have already struck a deal with Wasserman Schultz to limit her role in the conventions platform committee.
Under DNC rules, she could have appointed all 15 members of the platform committee but instead picked only four. Clinton got to fill six positions, and Sanders chose five.
The concession, however, may not be enough to keep her in the job through the Democratic National Convention.
A senior Senate Democratic aide said, Theres a strong sentiment that the current situation is untenable and can only be fixed by her leaving. Theres too much water under the bridge for her to be a neutral arbiter.
Another Democratic senator who supports Clinton said Wasserman Schultz will hurt her chances of rallying the liberal base in the fall.

Vote DWS. She's the DNC Chair, a local, and not bought and paid for."
This Ad brought to you buy secretive billionaires posing as PACs who have bought and paid for DWS

(10,479 posts)if Bernie Sanders had run on the Socialist Party grounds instead of the Democratic Party perhaps none of this would have happened. He is a Socialist, not a Democrat. I would like him just as much. But it is the person running for the presidency--not the party. And this time around all we see and hear from all of them seems to be just how low they can bend. And then, there is Donald Trump. I am more afraid of his followers than anyone else. Those who would vote for him must have been born on another planet.
