I sincerely hope local Trump crazies are not going to be overrunning the polls in order to make sure that there is " no cheating." Heaven forbid! Pennsylvania has not gone for a Republican presidential candidate since 1988, when George H. W. barely squeeked in over Dukakis. Since then our electoral votes have gone to Clinton, Gore, Kerry and Obama. The idea that Trump should win PA unless there's cheating is beyond ludicrous! When voter I.D. was ruled out in this state, a surprising number of voters still came in with their I.D.s ready. Unless you've never before voted, (when your voter registration card is required) your signature is on file and you sign in for comparison. Usually both parties have poll watchers in place. In fact, until more recent years, you couldn't even purchase liquor on election day. Trump's concern about voter "cheating" is yet another scary dog whistle in his bag of tricks.
