Either he releases his tax records, and exposes himself as a huge "legal" tax cheat and "legal" tax-evader, or he refuses to release his tax records, and is accused and suspected of being a huge "legal" tax cheat and "legal" tax-evader.

Sounds a lot like the Kobayashi Maru scenario, only he aint Captain Kirk... LOL
