(12,882 posts)I don't know about the rest of you, but it struck me in a funny but dark way as CONway started to speak. Numerous times she was accompanied by a backup warning - supposedly from a moving van. But the moment I heard that I thought to myself: Yup! This whole country shifts into reverse now. How appropriate that they've installed one of those warning bleepers in the executive mansion. I imagine that thing'll sound off almost continually as tRump signs congress' backwards measures - again and again and again

Millions of women and children around the country still don't have health insurance because their rethug states refused to take the Medicaid expansion! Now that orange boy has issued an EO to abolish the ACA and is taking funding away from Planned Parenthood, they will have even less health care.

Alt Right my ass, these people are beyond the Right wing..they are in the fantasy land of the Republican's Wet dream.
At least the Japanese during WWII didn't run around putting their hand in the air doing these silly things the Nazi's did. I would imagine my ancestors knew the crap was coming down on them soon and many hunkered down, hoping to have enough food and drink as the country went though its changes.
